Specialists who Care

Griffey and Whitelock Eye Specialists is a partnership with the mission to
provide our patients with excellent, modern and ethical eyecare. Drs.
Paul M. Griffey, R. Thomas Griffey and Leland D. Whitelock combine for
greater than 70 years of experience in Ophthalmology. All of our
physicians have served as associate professors to the Ophthalmology
Residency Program at Eastern Virginia Medical School and continue to
volunteer in teaching our upcoming eyecare professionals in ocular surgery
and medicine.

Cutting-Edge Technology and Services

Our new offices feature the latest technology to enhance our treatment of
ocular disease. Optical Coherence Tomography, digital fundus
photography, corneal topography, automated visual field testing, in-office
anterior and posterior segment laser as well as a fully equipped optical
dispensary are just some of the services we provide. One of our
physicians is on call to provide coverage to our patients 24 hours per
day, 7 days per week. We look forward to serving you in you eyecare
needs.
